Our Support office for USA is based in Brighton, UK - just a stones throw from the seafront and Brightons famous Pier.
We're committed at providing a level of support our US-based customers deserve. Our support team are in the office on weekdays between 10:00 to 17:30 (GMT, London time) and support our USA customer base. The best way to contact us is via email; simply because our team are legends and often check their emails in the evenings!
Our team are looking to grow within the USA and are actively looking for sales partners and retailers to help us grow within the USA. Our stock is located in a fulfilment partners warehouse in Texas, offering quick USPS delivery services across the USA.
On occasions we have internal meetings on the seafront and even a quick dip in the sea now-and-again to cool off! It's all about 'life balance' and keeping our team happy and sane!
