Shipping policy
DELIVERY SERVICE
Any promise of delivery on a certain date or within a certain period is given in good faith but StreamZ Global has no liability whatsoever in respect of any failure to deliver on such date or within such period. This contract shall not be subject to cancellation nor shall StreamZ Global be under any liability for delay in delivery due to force majeure civil or military disturbance or war insurrection failure of or delay in transportation default of a supplier or sub-contractor to StreamZ Global or due to any cause beyond their control. In the event of any such delay the specified delivery date shall be extended by a reasonable length of time measured according to the length of delay.
Shipments can sometimes be delayed if customers use a PO box service, as we require a signature upon receipt.
Deliveries are sent on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and not at the weekend. Multiple delivery options are available depending on the recipients location.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to merge separate orders by request. This is stipulated by our warehouse fulfilment partner and our support team are unable to bypass this process.
USA NATIONAL DELIVERIES
StreamZ Global US stock location is with a fulfilment partner and located in Texas. All orders placed with be fulfilled from a US location using USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS or On Track delivery services.
In scenarios where stock is unavailable StreamZ Global may use international shipping services at no cost to the buyer using international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX or UPS to deliver all orders via international fully-tracked and insured courier.
Our website offers two services, which are placed on best intentions:
1.1 Standard Delivery Option (3-7 business days) using USPS for $15
1.2 Express Delivery Option (2 business days) using USPS, Fedex, DHL, On Track or UPS for $25
Estimated delivery times across the US are between 2 and 7 business days (depending on the delivery option selected) and are from date of order. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are based on the location of the delivery.
StreamZ Global do not employ their own staff to deliver items and once deliveries have left the warehouse the responsibility of delivery is passed to the courier. If you have any questions or issues relating to deliveries contact help@streamz-global.com. Tracking numbers for deliveries will be sent to the customer when the item has left the fulfilment centre.
Orders placed after 12:00 (Noon) UTC may not be processed until the next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
All deliveries require a signature present at the delivery address, failure to do so may result in the delivery being delayed. In most cases a second attempt will be made, then a card left at the address required for collection. Parcels cannot not be ‘left with a neighbour’ or ‘left in a porch’.
Once a tracking number is allocated delivery of that consignment and its delivery terms are passed to the courier company; tracking details and updates are between the consignee and the courier. Tracked consignments are subject to the terms set by the individual courier. Delays on tracked consignments should be communicated direct to the courier; and are available within 3 calendar months of the shipment date.
Any delivery attempted by the courier which is then returned to StreamZ Global will generate a refund against the job and require the customer to reorder if they still require the item.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF USA
StreamZ Global currently operate country specific e-commerce channels and as such orders placed on www.streamz-global-us.com are orders from within the United States of America only and in USD ($) only.

DELIVERY/FULFILMENT MATERIALS USED
Where possible our warehouse will attempt to reuse boxes and packaging. On many occasions though new recyclable boxes will be used to provide the best protection to the delivery. To protect items within boxes we often use Pelaspan-Pac Loosefill-Bio loose fill packaging which is a high performance, flowable cushioning material. The material is GREEN biodegradable polystyrene which is an economical void fill solution whilst also being environmentally responsible. 100% reusable, 100% recyclable and it is produced from 100% recycled polystyrene. Loosefill-Bio is an innovative protective packaging product made from renewable starch material which is completely biodegradable and compostable.
LOST IN TRANSIT DELIVERIES
We understand and realize that damage or loss happens in the world of shipping. In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit by a carrier, StreamZ Support Team will assist you by submitting a carrier claim on your behalf for such damage or loss. Please recognize that this loss was out-of-our-control and as frustrating as it can be; our team are there to help.
Loss claims can only be made with the courier after 15 days have passed since the last carrier tracking update. StreamZ are unable to send new goods until the courier has accepted the loss. In many cases, although delayed, shipments can be located through the courier network and sent to the destination, often arriving late.
