StreamZ Global product range have both a 6-month and a 12-month warranty process in place from the date of receipt, depending on the product.
6-month warranty is offered on our silicone wristbands and 12-month warranty is offered on all other products.
Returns are classed as ‘unwanted goods’, ‘damaged goods in transit’ or ‘warranty returns’. All online purchases made on us.streamz-global-us.com agree to this policy.
Products which are damaged after use are not covered under warranty unless we deem the damage is due to a product defect.
No representation or warranty is made as to the fitness of goods for the purpose for which they are intended, or for any particular purpose. StreamZ Global are unable to guarantee results and do not offer refunds or returns if customers have not found the results they were hoping for.
Items returned to StreamZ Global without preauthorisation by our support team will be rejected.
No return process is available on items purchased outside of our authorised channels.
Returns are handled in the USA by our fulfilment partner Shipbob.
Return process for unwanted goods (unused goods)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in the condition it was received and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows online buyers to request refunds the moment they place the order and ends 14 days from the day the goods are received within the UK - we pass this to our USA based customers. Items must have been returned and in the condition they were received in, which is brand new.
Your right to cancel an order for goods placed on the us.streamz-global.com/ website starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
StreamZ does not offer free returns (unless due to defect). The cost of returning unwanted goods is to be covered at your own cost.
We would advise that all return consignments are fully tracked as full ownership of the consignment is only handed back to StreamZ Global upon a signature on the inbound consignment against the uniquely generated 'returns number'.
Once StreamZ take receipt of the returned item(s), as long as the returns process is followed (as detailed at the bottom of this page) payment refunds will be made with 72 hours (Monday – Friday) and refunded to the payment gateway used at the time of order excluding the initial shipping charge.
Warranty Return Process (if damaged)
Streamz products have a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.
No returns process is in place on used items, unless the items is damaged or broken due to a result of a defect in the manufacturing process.
A replacement service is in place for any defected issues that may occur within 12 months of purchase; this includes issues relating to the aesthetics of the product but excludes any return requests based on the purpose for which they are intended, or heavily worn/used products which have not been deemed to be maintained. It may be required to replace your product with a full replacement.
Return on defected items once the product has been used, and not relating to delivery damage, is at the full discretion of StreamZ Global.
Damaged items due to general ‘wear-and-tear’ will not be accepted as a return. Please take special note of the care of item within the products instructions. General care and maintenance is required to retain warranty rights.
Return process for damaged/missing goods in transit
Where goods are dispatched by courier, notification of damage to any packaging or contents within must be made in writing to the StreamZ support team within 48 hours of receipt. Pictures showing the damaged box to be used as adequate evidence will be requested to enable a claim with the courier. Once a claim has been completed and the damaged items are returned to StreamZ a full refund or exchange can be arranged.
In the event of non-delivery of any goods notification must be made to StreamZ in writing with 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Unless the above instructions are followed StreamZ Global shall not incur any liability to any persons or loss of or damage to the goods.
Returns Process To Follow
IMPORTANT the following return/refund policy is in place to avoid any delays with any return requests. Our fulfilment warehouse in the USA is managed by Shipbob Inc who have strict processes to follow on any inbound delivery. Failure to follow this process may create delays and even lost items.
Items returned without preauthorisation may be rejected and returned to the sender at the senders cost.
1/ OBTAIN A RETURN NUMBER & ADDRESS
First, please contact StreamZ support team at email@example.com or via the contact us page. If you can track down a copy of your StreamZ order number/reference and clearly explain the reason for your return this may speed-up the process.
Note: Our support team may request further information from you (including images) to help them deal with your request efficiently.
2/ RETURN ITEM(S) BACK TO US
All being well, you will be provided a returns number and a returns address. This may take a few hours for our team to obtain as they are generated uniquely with our USA fulfilment partner. You must use this address to return the goods and write the returns number physically on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may create delays.
We highly recommend that you send the goods back to the issued return address via tracked delivery as goods remain the property of the buyer until received by our Fulfilment Centre.
Note: All returned goods must be returned in the same condition as received, new. Prepaid envelopes or returns labels are not provided.
3) SEND US THE TRACKING NUMBER
Once you have tracking number please send a copy of this tracking number to our support team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Failure to do so may result in delays in us processing the refund.
4/ WE WILL THEN REFUND YOU
Any refund of funds will be carried out by StreamZ accounts department within 5 days of receipt, and refund completed via the method purchased.
